Jelaine's Fried Eggplant and Fish Sauce



Simple food like this is easy to prepare. Just wash the eggplant thoroughly, cut it and fry. Wont take a lot of your precious time.



Presto!!!! you have viand already in just 5 minutes. Best for steamed, hot rice. Perfect with fish sauce.

  5. Gusto ko ang fried talong sinasawsaw sa toyomansi. Kaso nag-aabsorb masyado ng mantika pag pinirito ang eggplant eh!

    @ J correct kalahating bote yata naubos naming mantika jan. ei yung mga kasama ko mahilig sa mantika ayun hinihigop mntika ha ha ha
